It is a great honor to serve as a president of the LOA-NJ.As an active Law Enforcement officer and representive of the LOA-NJ my goal is to increase membership and most increase representation of hispanics at the state, county and local level of the criminal justice system. We also serve as a role model and maintain the image of professionalism of law enforcement. The LOA-NJ promote fund raiser in order to generate youth sports and community programs like turkey drive and toy drive. We work together with business leaders and individuals who share our same path and objectives. We also promote brotherhood and professionalism among others law enforcement . Membership is open to all.
